Innovation Practice Groups: week 1

10-14 March 2025, online

Join our special week dedicated to building regional resilience. From 10 to 14 March, Pathways2Resilience invites you to ten learning and exchange sessions, each exploring a key topic for your climate adaptation efforts.

Who should join?

If you work in a regional or local government, a local coalition, or areas such as climate adaptation, community engagement, environmental and social responsibility, or civil protection and risk management, these sessions are for you.

What to expect?

  • Two online sessions per day (morning and afternoon), each lasting 2–3 hours. Each session is independent, so you can sign up for as many as you like.
  • Real-world case studies focusing on best practices, innovative solutions, and actionable insights.
  • Interactive discussions with other regions and communities, as well as sector experts.

Each session will focus on one of these critical resilience areas.

  • Behavioural change and empowerment
  • Finance and resources
  • Governance and engagement for innovation
  • Access to knowledge and data
  • Critical infrastructure
  • Health and well-being
  • Water management
  • Land use and food systems
  • Ecosystems and nature-based solutions
  • Local economic systems

Two more Innovation Practice Groups weeks will take place later in 2025, with fresh case studies and insights on these same topics.

Why should you join?

  • Exchange with and learn from peers, experts, and practitioners from regions taking part in Pathways2Resilience and beyond.
  • Gain insights from real-world case studies and best practices.
  • Discover innovative solutions and adaptation strategies tailored to your region’s needs.
  • Join a community committed to fostering innovation.
