Algunas de las regiones y comunidades más vulnerables de Europa están preparadas para realizar avances concretos en materia de adaptación al cambio climático. Se han seleccionado cuarenta regiones y comunidades (enumeradas a continuación) para participar en Pathways2Resilience, un proyecto emblemático de la Misión de Adaptación al Cambio Climático de la UE, con el fin de aplicar un nuevo enfoque transformador en sus planes de adaptación al cambio climático, centrado en la innovación sistémica.
