Resources for selected regions
Training and mentoring
Group trainings
These practical sessions equip participating regions with the technical knowledge to develop their climate resilience strategy, action plan and investment plan, with the help of live case studies.
Peer-to-peer mentoring
Participating regions will be able to exchange lessons learned and knowledge at different stages in their resilience journeys. This structured programme helps them foster knowledge flows in a self-organised, self-motivated, and decentralised way, even after programme end.
One-to-one dedicated support
As part of the support available through Pathways2Resilience, up to nine regions (four in the first cohort and five in the second cohort) will be offered tailored, one-to-one support on the formulation of adaptation pathways and innovation portfolios.

Pathways2Resilience Climate Toolbox
The Pathways2Resilience climate toolbox is a repository of open-access resources,
tools and materials to help participating regions in developing their climate resilience
strategies, action plans and investment plans.
As a publicly accessible resource, it is
also meant for anyone interested in adapting, transforming, and enhancing regional resilience.
It is particularly relevant to those involved in urban or regional planning, budget allocation
for innovative solutions, environmental departments and private landowners dealing with climate
hazards, as well as development and innovation departments.
