Call overview

The second call for applications is open since the 15th of May and will close on the 20th of August 2025. 61 new subgrantees will be selected for the P2R portfolio, receiving financial support of (up to) 210,000€, along with a capacity building program on the P2R frameworks for a total of 18 months of support.


Pathways2Resilience will be selecting applicants based on their vulnerability and diversity to reach a representative portfolio of 100 European regions working towards climate adaptation in each of their unique contexts.
